Intorcia Marsala is a lightly fortified mulled wine from the Marsala area. Aged for at least one year in wooden barrels, it gains its amber-golden hue, exotic spice aroma, and taste of ripe fruit, with hints of fig and dates. Made primarily from local catarratto and inzolia grapes, commonly used for dry white wines on the island.
